What is a Paint Correction?

Paint correction involves eliminating minor scratches and imperfections present in the clear coat of a vehicle. This process, often referred to as polishing or buffing, aims to level the clear coat to a smooth and safe surface, effectively eliminating surface-level defects in the paint. By polishing the vehicle, a number of individual imperfections can be successfully addressed, including:

  • Fine Scratches

  • Spider-webbing or Swirl Marks

  • Stains caused by animal waste (droppings and bug splatters)

  • Calcium and other mineral deposits (Water Spots)

  • High/Low application areas of DIY coatings and protectants

  • Residual wax, paint sealants or ceramic coatings from paintwork
